Saskatoon may only be 800km's away, but sometimes it may as well be 8000. This is Kenley, my niece. I do not see nearly enough of her. Small as she may be, she's growing and changing so fast, and I feel like I am missing all of it. A photograph is capable of so many things, one of them being the ability to freeze time. I'm so thankful for the photographs my sister sends freezing all of those special moments so that I can share in them. Of course, I was more than happy to take my turn with her in front of my camera.

Here is Kenley at 15 months.

Tessa Lauren - 6 Months

How amazing it is to watch these little people grow! Tessa has gone from wee little newborn, to all chubs, and now, beginning to grow into a little person. At 6 months, she is laughing up a storm, mostly due to her silly big brother, and checking out the world around her. When she looks at me with those big eyes, I know she's thinking "who is this goofy Auntie?", and I just can't wait til she's running around and yammering away like her big bro, and she can join us baking cookies on Mondays when I'm supposed to be editing!

Rainy Day Monday!

So today I had to cancel an outdoor shoot due to rain. What weird weather we've been having this year!! I felt like I better make up for the lack of picture taking going on, and ended up scheduling a shoot with baby Alex. Photos to come soon. On the way home, windshield wipers squeaking away, I decided to swing by my sister's and pick up Tristan. I'd picked up some Easter cookies for us to "make" when I was at the grocery store on Saturday. Here's Tristan, being my excellent little helper. We had a blast!!!

Little Chase... and family!

SO... I've been super busy lately, trying to catch up on things and tie loose ends before heading to Cuba on Sunday. A friend today hinted that perhaps I was neglecting my audience (thanks Jen!). In order to keep you coming back, here's a quick sneak peek at today's shoot. I had a shoot with this little guy and his family for his 9 month birthday. His big sister Quinn was a big help, SO cute!
